At 3 years of age, Darcy Jo knew that she was born for the stage. Growing up in Orlando turned that dream into reality fairly quickly. At age 7, she booked her first national commercial, recorded a full-length album and starred in two sing- a- long films. She graduated from a Performing Arts high school in Orlando and went on to receive her B. A in Theatre performance from Seton Hill University in Pittsburgh, PA.
For the past 11 years she's has been working as a professional actress, artist and musician in one of the greatest cities in the world, Chicago Illinois.
She is represented by Big Mouth Talent is a proud member of AEA. Darcy has performed in countless theatre productions and bands locally and internationally. She's currently starring in Broadway in Chicago's hit production "Heart Break Hotel" playing at The Broadway Playhouse and presently has 2 national commericals spots airing for Ragu and ALDI!
Darcy has made her mark in the "tribute" world performing in various 50's/60's Rock and Roll shows portraying such icons as Pasty Cline, Brenda Lee, Wanda Jackson and Connie Francis. She also wrote and produced her own show, Leaders Of The Pack- a retrospective musical biography of the girl group evolution starring herself and the fabulous Lovettes. They've performed on several TV programs, most notably a PBS special entitled "Doo-Wop Genrations" and twice on The Late Show with David Letterman performing along side rock-a-billy band , The Lovers.
